Our client is a world leading financial services firm with global scale and reach. Due to an increase in work volumes, an interim opportunity has become available for six months working as a recruiter within their corporate client group division.

In this position you'll manage the end to end recruitment process for positions banded £50K - £100K that sit within the middle sector of their business aligned with technology and operations. You'll liaise with hiring managers regarding resourcing strategies, build talent pipelines, build and develop senior relationships, facilitate pre-employment screening processes, conduct competency interviews and provide recruitment expertise to hiring managers across the business.

You must be able to hit the ground running and have experience within the financial services sector operating in a similar capacity. Ideally you'll be skilled in managing volume recruitment and have an intermediate understanding of internal recruitment databases and the Microsoft suite.
