My client is a fast-growing International HR Management Services Company that provides onsite staffing vendor management business solutions to Fortune 1000 clients. They currently require an additional Recruiter to join them onsite at one of their most high-profile clients - a huge name in the investment banking industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day to day delivery of the managed staffing service, which includes facilitation of the recruitment process and fulfillment of temp and contractor positions. While my client is open to experience and background, it is thought that this would be an excellent step onsite for an agency recruiter with 1-2 years experience - temp/contractor experience would be helpful but not essential. What is essential is the ability to work effectively and positively in a high-volume pressurized environment and to ensure that client relationships are developed and maintained to the highest standards.
Job duties will encompass:
- Recruitment process, including interviewing candidates and fulfilment of temporary Contractors/Consultants utilizing staffing agencies
- Conducting vendor calls to source best candidates, assisting with interview set ups, offers, on-boarding of temporary workers, contractors, consultants (contingent workforce)
- Supplier management - working with suppliers to produce quality candidates, resolve issues on active workers, invoicing/billing issues, escalating issues to Program Manager when necessary
- Management of active temp population on site - updating software systems with end dates, extensions, manager's names, and department codes. Dealing with Contingent worker issues.
- Client Management Support - taking calls/emails/ inquiries from client managers of any issues regarding contingent workers and researching, resolving or escalating issue to Program Manager
- Data and report management- updating systems and reports as pertaining to recruitment, metrics, and on demand reports from client
- Front-end payroll responsibilities to encompass new worker orientation, data entry, and maintenance of new worker information
- Interfacing with clients, payrollees, suppliers, temp workers, Consultants/Contractors
- Implement new processes and enhance current process to strengthen efficiency
