Our client, a global Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf, urgently requires a Learning and Development Program Specialist on an interim basis.
Supporting the Learning and Development Advisors and Program Managers, you will be involved in the design and implementation of learning initiatives aimed at enhancing employee performance, career management and leadership development. You will also be responsible for managing external providers, coordinating training courses and obtaining attendee feedback.
The successful candidate will have previous Learning and Development experience within a financial services environment. Strong interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are key to this role as well as attention to detail and excellent administrative and IT skills.
