My client, one of the most exciting brands in Financial Services, has a current requirement for a Leadership Development Associate to join them on a permanent basis. They firmly believe that learning is a career-long process and seek to provide continued development opportunities throughout the entire career cycle within the organisation. The successful candidate will champion this thinking and develop a broad and deep understanding of Leadership Development ensuring that programmes and interventions are aspirational, market-leading and fully measured to evaluate true success.
Key responsibilities
- Project management responsibility for Leadership Development initiatives and programme delivery.
- Design and execute new Leadership Development initiatives
- Contribute as a thought leader and author content for programmes and events and manage communications and marketing materials.
- Build relationships and work closely with internal partners on a global basis.
- Build relationships with internal services providers, eg Events Management.
To be considered for this opportunity, it is essential that candidates have a broad Learning background with some exposure to Leadership Development programmes. The ideal candidate will thrive in an environment that demands consistent creativity, energy and excellence and will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in such an environment. A positive and curious nature will ultimately be more important than sector background however Financial Services experience would certainly be very beneficial.
