Oakleaf Partnership are delighted to be working with this blue chip FMCG brand based in the North West/North Wales.

Initially for a 6 month contract, covering maternity leave, this is an exceptional role looking for an exceptional candidate.  Supporting the IT Division which is based across various locations in the UK and globally, this is a role requiring a strong generalist HR professional.

Key responsibilities include:

Development, management and support of strategic change initiatives, leading change programmes including restructuring and offshoring
Resourcing, selection and management of talent, including the alignment of global strategies to local needs
Assessing the efficiency of the Organisation’s structure, culture, people, capabilities and consulting on ways for improvement
Develop and drive a positive performance culture
Management of Employee Relations, policies and practices
Development of positive working relationships between employees and the organisation
Management of one HR Manager

The ideal candidate will need to have:

The ability to strategically understand the IT service delivered to the business
A proven ability to manage the HR workstream of a global corporate service and lead other regional HRBPs
The ability to define transformation and lead change programmes
Strong stakeholder management skills
Previous management experience
Ideally a background in leading HR within corporate services, IT, or FMCG sectors.  You must have worked for a large, matrixed organisation
