Oakleaf Partnership are currently partnering a top tier law firm in the centre of Manchester in their recruitment of a talented Advisor. The organisation are renowned for their excellent market presence, their open and honest communication style, and quite simply, for being one of the UK’s outstanding law firms!

This is a true generalist role allowing the appointed applicant the opportunity to be involved in a vast array of exciting activities where no two days will be the same.

 

Key Accountabilities will include:

  • Support the HR Managers in the provision of timely and cost effective resource management to their client groups
  • Assisting in the provision of rigorous and extensive performance management support to the divisions/ directorates in their client groups
  • Working alongside HR Managers and Departmental Heads’ to motivate and encourage employee engagement
  • Liaising with the Secretarial and Support resourcing managers to ensure recruitment processes run smoothly and efficiently
  • Working closely with Line Managers and HR Managers to ensure the appropriate handling of all Employee Relation issues
  • Working closely with the L&D department to ensure training is co-ordinated and new started are inducted

 

The preferred applicant will already be working at Assistant/ Advisor level and will be looking to enhance their existing skill set in an autonomous capacity. Candidate should have the ability to think commercially and understand the value that HR can offer the wider business. It is essential that candidates will be credible and confident communicating and influencing at Partner level and should be well suited to a corporate, academic environment. Those applying should understand the importance of the application of common sense and should be business savvy. The ideal candidate will be fully or part CIPD qualified and be of graduate calibre.
