Our client, a global financial organisation urgently requires an interim Compensation Analyst to manage their annual compensation review. This is an ideal opportunity to develop your compensation knowledge and really take ownership for the whole review process.
The successful candidate will have a proven HR and analytical background within a financial or professional services organisation and have an in-depth knowledge of Compensation. Excellent system skills (including PeopleSoft, Excel etc), organisational and communication skills are also essential for this role.
