My client, one of the most enviable brands within the Financial Services industry has a current requirement for an experienced FS Recruiter to join them for an initial period of 6 months.  Due to the size and scope of the organisation, there may be longer-term opportunities for the right individual however candidates would need to be comfortable that this is initially a contract role.  Working within a team of 6, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end to end recruitment process for a high-profile and growing part of the business (supported by a Recruitment Administrator)

Key responsibilities

-          Develop and execute recruitment strategies and work with broader teams to align with organisational strategy.

-          Build relationships with hiring managers, providing a full consultative service and offering guidance with job descriptions, market knowledge, compensation, diversity objectives etc

-          Direct recruitment – identify potential talent for the organisation and support direct candidates through the entire recruitment process through to orientation.

-          Build relationships with preferred vendors and manage, monitor and review performance.

Financial Services experience would be preferred as Recruiters are expected to add value through their knowledge of the market and competitor activity.  If FS experience isn’t apparent, it is absolutely essential that candidates have experience of working within global, matrixed organsations and understand the complexities and challenges involved.  To thrive in this organisation, you must be an exceptional team player, a clear communicator and you must display the desire to build your own networks and navigate your way around the business without instruction.
