Our client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Business Partner to join their small team to support the business through a period of huge organisational change.
While the bulk of the role will inevitably focus on change/integration and organisational ER support, the ideal candidate will thrive in a role in which anything can and will be thrown at them! Volumes of work are high as are expectations from the business and therefore it is essential that candidates can quickly establish themselves within the role and prove themselves to be a solutions oriented HR professional.
Immediately available candidates are preferred, 1-2 weeks notice may be considered but it is essential that candidates are prepared to start this contract role this side of Christmas for a short handover with the current incumbent. Financial Services experience preferred but not essential. A longer-term opportunity is possible but not guaranteed due to continuing changes within the business.
