We are currently recruiting for a permanent HR Junior Generalist to join our client, a large financial institution based in Canary Wharf.
Supporting the Senior Generalist you will be responsible for assisting the Front Office client group with Employee Relations, Recruitment, Learning and Development, Reward and ad hoc projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to build up your generalist experience in a varied role with excellent career prospects.
The successful candidate will have strong administrative skills and previous Human Resources experience in a financial or professional services environment. Advanced system skills, attention to detail, motivation, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal clients at all levels are also essential for this role.
