Our client, an international financial services organisation based in the City, is looking for an interim Compensation and Benefits Advisor.
This role assists the Compensation and Benefits Manager with the annual compensation review process and annual salary submissions. You will also be responsible for all administration of company benefits, handling employee queries, analysing salary data and line management of the Compensation and Benefits Administrator.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in compensation and benefits including job matching, benchmarking and salary submissions, within a financial services environment. Excellent system and numerical skills are essential for this role as well as attention to detail and line management experience.
