Our client, a multinational finance organisation based in the City, is currently looking for a permanent Reward Analyst to join their expanding team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a strong brand going through an extensive period of change and innovation. This role plays a vital part in supporting the Reward framework essential to attract and retain the best talent for the future.
The successful candidate will have a proven analytical background within financial services and have strong corporate reward knowledge. This role also requires the ability to devise and communicate reward polices, interpret salary surveys, lead job evaluation sessions and manage projects from start to finish. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, initiative and problem solving are also essential for this role.
