Our client, a global financial institution urgently requires an interim Reward Analyst initially on a three month basis.
This role is responsible for salary data analysis, year end reviews and the development, implementation, analyst and administration of cash and non-cash reward programs.
The successful candidate will have a proven HR and analytical background within a financial services organisation and have an in-depth knowledge of Reward and salary surveys. Excellent system skills (including PeopleSoft, Excel etc), organisational and communication skills are also essential for this role.
