Our client is a leading Public sector organisation who is looking for Senior HR Policy Advisor to join their team on interim basis for 6 months.
You will be working within the HR department to re-write policies and provide strong consultative advice to the business on current polices and procedures. You will be required to provide a business plan and understand how the policies will work for the business as a whole.
The successful candidate will have strong policy and procedure experience within a commercial organisiation. You will have strong employment law knowledge and have excellent generalist exposure.
