Our client, an Asset Management company urgently requires an experienced HR Generalist for a 12 month interim opportunity.
This is an exciting HR Generalist opportunity to partner the business and support line managers on employee relations, resourcing, compensation, talent development as well as lateral and graduate recruitment. You will also be managing a large scale project integrating a recently acquired client group based in Peterborough into the business so travel will involved.
Successful candidates will have a strong HR Generalist background within a financial or professional services environment and be CIPD qualified or equivalent. Proven experience managing restructures, redundancies, employee relations cases and improving processes is essential, as well as strong interpersonal skills, excellent organisation and the ability to multitask.
