The Human Resources team is looking for a Shared Services representative to join the team based in Gatwick. The Shared Services team maintains and administers all Human Resources programs and provides front line client support, answering a wide range of queries across all aspects of Human Resources. In this challenging and diverse role you will have the exciting opportunity to cover all areas of HR.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and presenting New Hire orientation
- Benefits administration
- Recruitment support
- Answering employees Human Resources queries.
- Processing incoming Human Resources documentation
- Administering maternity leave for all Employees
- Administering training requests
Qualifications
They are looking for a highly motivated individual looking to develop their career within the Human Resources profession. The successful candidate will be from a Professional Services background and have previous shared service experience.
