Our client is an industry leading, commercial and fascinating not-for-profit Organisation, with a dynamic, fun and high profile HR team. They have an exciting opportunity for a Learning & Development Manager to join them on an interim basis for a period of 12 months to cover secondment.

 Key accountabilities:

  • Manage a team of 7
  • Implement a Learning Management System
  • Training Needs Analysis
  • Project Management
The successful candidate will be a very strong people manager, with strong performance management and the ability to lead a team. You will have very strong project management skills with the ability to lead on implementations. This is an exciting opportunity to join an Organisation and be a key player in a period of change.
