Job Role

Design and manage integrated Professional skills training programmes aligned to our Value propositions and Service Line priorities that build the competence of our Built Asset Consultants.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with key stakeholders/internal clients to define training requirements
• Ensure quality content and design of training solutions
• Maintain standards of excellence and ensure all activities build towards accreditation
• Liaise with external professional bodies to ensure all existing and new requirements are met through training solutions
• Challenge defined training needs to ensure that they link to defined needs arising from our value propositions and service line priorities.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to produce schedules of training including identifying resource requirements
• Manage and Control training budget for own area
• Provide key management information aligned to the competence levels of Built Asset Consultants

• Planning and organisation skills with evidence of delivering programmes of work

• Strong interpersonal skills

Experience/Knowledge:

• Experience of designing training programmes
• Good all round understanding of core service lines - Consulting, Cost and Commercial Management, Programme Management, Asset and Facilities Management, Project Management, Contract Advisory Services
• Proven knowledge and experience of various training methodologies
• IT literate

Education and Professinal Qualifications required:

Professionally qualified in one core discipline of QS/BS or PM (desirable but not essential)

Educated to degree level

Learning and Development related qualifications - eg CIPD
