My client is a market leading organisation seeking an experienced Interim Payroll Supervisor for a 3 month contract within a unionised environment.  Reporting into the Financial Controller your key responsibilities will be:

• Managing the completion and accurate processing of hours and payments for weekly paid employees
• Ensuring that all requirements are met with regard to PAYE etc
• Managing the administration of deductions.
• Ensuring payments are processed in time and comply with BACs transmission timescales.
• Ensuring requirements of external bodies are properly dealt with on a timely basis.
• Training, developing and managing the payroll team ·
• Carry out ad hoc projects / investigations as required.

Required Experience

Experience using SAP HR

Experience of running a weekly payroll

Detailed knowledge of current payroll legislation
