Our client is leading public sector organisation based in London Bridge. They are looking for an excellent HR Policy Advisor to join their team on an interim basis either on a part-time or fulltime basis.
You will be working alongside the HR Manager to re-write policies and provide strong consultative advice to the business on current polices and procedures. You will be producing business aligned policies. You will be required to provide a business plan and understand how the policies will work for the business as a whole.
You will have strong, proven experience within a commercial and professional HR function and have extensive policy work experience. You will have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and have varied sector experience both within public and private sector.
