Our client is a leading public sector organisation based within London Bridge. They are looking for an experienced Head of HR to join their team on an interim basis for 12 months.
You will have strong workforce planning, change and performance management experience. As a commercial and driven HR professional, you will be responsible for defining and delivering people plans and divisional strategic plans to the business. By providing business solutions you will be raising the profile of the HR function, facilitating change and ensuring the business maximizes growth and profit.
You will have strong, proven experience within a commercial and professional HR function with considerable time at management level. They are looking for someone who has a strong commercial background ideally with varied experience within public and private sector.
