Exciting new interim to permanent opportunity has just arisen for a Learning and Performance Officer with our financial client based in the city. This is a very involved role supporting the Learning and Performance team covering all aspects of Learning and Development, Training, Talent Management and Performance management.
Duties will include:-
- Project delivery administration and support, (e.g. new Performance Management and Learning Management systems)
- Co-ordination of annual performance cycle activities; monitoring of participation, communication and activity to increase response rates, MIS preparation, resolution of system issues, working with helpdesk, HR Advisors and Vendors.
- Central point of expertise for all L&P MIS requirements.
- Identification, creation and ongoing delivery of management information needs.
- Update and maintenance of L&P web site, identifying and keeping content current
- General administrative support for Global Head of Learning and Performance and Head of Diversity and Inclusion, including Diary Management, Invoice and Expense processing and ad hoc activity.
Requirements:-
- Previous HR experience
- Solid systems and IT skills including advanced Excel
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to build relationships and work with others at all levels
- Experience working within large / global organisation
- Experience of HR systems, PeopleSoft and Sumtotal (or other LMS tool)
- Understanding of Investment Banking and Capital Markets businesses
- Experience of working within Learning and Performance / HR
