Our client, a financial organisation based in the City is currently looking for a Training and Development Coordinator on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing internal advice to managers and staff on training solutions and liaising with external training providers.  You will also be responsible for all training administration and coordination as well as identifying training needs, creating MI reports and establishing a cost effective portfolio of training providers and courses.

This is a fantastic opportunity to broaden your Learning and Development skills in a professional and supportive environment, and really get involved in all aspects of the training and development lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a strong Learning and Development background within the financial sector, along with experience identifying training needs, delivering training and implementing training plans.  Excellent communication, interpersonal and IT skills including Excel are essential as well as a high level of accuracy and organisation.
