Our client a large professional services company based in Canary Wharf has an urgent requirement for an ER Specialist.
Ideally candidates will have a proven background with Employment Relation issues including grievances, appeals and redundancy programs, and be from a Professional Services environment.
This is a short term interim assignment to assist with a large scale change program across the UK so previous experience with ER Investigations, Court Hearings and Employment Legislation are essential. An ability to hit the ground running, excellent work ethic and interpersonal skills are also a must as well as the ability to travel to other locations within the UK.
This assignment has recently been completed.
