| Department Overview |
| The Human Resources function aims to ensure that the firm continues to attract, retain and develop the best people in our industry. In order to achieve this goal the department is structured into two components: Centres of Excellence (CoE), which are staffed with professionals who have expertise in their particular area (e.g. Resourcing, Development, Compensation & Benefits, and Employee Relations) and Client Relationship Teams (CRTs) who are focused on service provision to specific business units.
